has anyone here in korea ever decided to focus solely on finding those real hog bass. I have been seriously contemplating throwing big fish baits just to try and get a big fish bit I am well aware of the repurcussions that may and can come from this such as numerous hours fishing without so much as a bit and days and weeks of pure agony but on the same note i am aware of the goos too such as some toad 5-8 lbers that have no problems eating a 12 in worm or a 7-10 inch swimbait. If anyone has tried this let me know what you have tried and what has worked or not and on what waters. thanks a lot guys. JAMES DONT SPEAK...jk

I an tournament, if I have a limit of smaller fish, then I may target big fish with big baits.....but that will only be for an hour or 2 at the end of the tournament at most. I don't have the patience to solely use BIG bait day-in and day-out.

The closest I've ever come was when I used the Zoom 10.5" 'Ol Monster worm or a 7" Senko but the darned dinks will still attack those LOL Like surecatch, I don't have the patience to go for hours or days doing something like that. But then, I'm pretty happy with the fish I catch. Sure, I'd love to catch a 5+ pound fish out of that river but if I can catch 3 & 4 pounders from time to time, I'll take it.

If there's enough boats I'll probably get my own just to cut down on battery drain. Seriously, unless you're under 100 pounds soaking wet you probably won't want to be in the boat with me.
